Dise M. Bodily’s Voice

For Artists, Musicians, Composers & Voice Actors

Thank you for your interest in collaborating with Dise M. Bodily’s Voice. 

These Terms & Conditions apply to all creative collaborators who are not submitting written stories, including:

​

  • Visual artists (digital or traditional)

  • Illustrators

  • Graphic designers

  • Photographers

  • Animators

  • Musicians

  • Composers

  • Sound designers

  • Voice actors and narrators

By submitting work or agreeing to contribute to Dise M. Bodily’s Voice, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted the following Terms & Conditions.

Purpose of This Collaboration

Dise M. Bodily’s Voice is a zero-profit, non-monetized storytelling project dedicated to showcasing authentic human creativity.


We do not use AI-generated art, audio, music, or voices.

All creative contributions to the project (artwork, music, sound, voice work) must be entirely human-made.


This project earns no revenue and accepts no sponsorships or advertising.

Our mission is to highlight genuine creative talent while supporting authors and creatives across multiple mediums.

Eligibility to Participate

Participation is restricted to adults 18 years of age or older. No exceptions.


This includes all artists, musicians, composers, and voice actors.

Minors (anyone under 18) may not contribute art, music, voice acting, performances, or any creative content to this project, even with parental consent.

​

This restriction exists to comply with intellectual property law, performer licensing requirements, and legal risk limitations.

​

If you misrepresent your age, all contributions will be removed and collaboration terminated immediately.

Copyright Ownership & Licensing (Non-Authors)

Ownership:

You retain full ownership of any artwork, music, sound design, or recorded performances you create and submit.
Nothing in this agreement transfers your copyright.

License You Grant the Channel:

By submitting creative work, you grant Dise M. Bodily’s Voice a revocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

​

For visual artists:

  • Display your artwork in episodes, thumbnails, cover images, promotional teasers, or credits

  • Use your artwork in social media posts promoting the episode

  • Resize, crop, or format the art for platform-appropriate use (without altering its artistic meaning)

​

For musicians & composers:

  • Use your musical composition or track in audio readings, trailers, teasers, and promotional clips

  • Include your work in video or audio distributed on YouTube, podcast platforms, and social channels

  • Adjust volume, fade in/out, and mix audio for production purposes (no structural modification)

​

For voice actors:

  • Use your voice recordings within audio episodes

  • Use clips or excerpts for teasers, trailers, or promotional materials

  • Distribute episodes containing your recordings across YouTube, podcast platforms, or social media

​

This license allows the channel to publish, distribute, promote, and archive your contribution as part of the episode in which it appears.

​

Revocation of License:

You may revoke your license at any time by sending a written request.
All episodes or promotional materials using your contribution will be removed within 30 days.

​

Warranties:

You confirm that:

  • Your contribution is entirely your original work

  • You own all rights necessary to license your work

  • No part of your submission infringes on third-party rights

  • Your work was not created using AI tools

  • Your participation does not violate any agreements you have with other entities

​

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dise M. Bodily’s Voice for any claim arising from copyright issues, misrepresented ownership, or legal disputes related to your contribution.

Treatment of Creative Work

Your work will always be handled respectfully and with proper credit.

Crediting Standards

You will receive:

  • Audible credit (when appropriate)

  • Written credit in episode descriptions or show notes

  • All links you provide (Patreon, social media, website, portfolio, music channels, etc.)

​​

Editing & Modification

Your work will not be structurally altered.


The only allowed modifications are:

  • image resizing or cropping for thumbnails

  • minor audio adjustments for mixing and clarity

  • formatting for platform display

​​

You will approve any adjustments that materially alter presentation.

Content Standards

To align with platform safety:

​

Allowed:

  • Mature themes

  • Mild or moderate violence, artistic themes

  • Artistic interpretations of fictional worlds

​​

Not Allowed:

  • Explicit sexual imagery or audio

  • Sexual content involving minors

  • Gore or extreme graphic violence beyond platform limits

  • Material that violates YouTube or podcast platform guidelines

​​

If in doubt, the channel may request edits or decline the contribution.

Donations & Compensation

Dise M. Bodily’s Voice is a nonprofit creative project.

  • The channel receives no ad revenue

  • The channel does not sell products or services

  • All participation is voluntary and unpaid

​​

Channel Donations

Funds donated to the channel are used only for:

  • Hiring artists, musicians, and voice talent

  • Paying for web and podcast hosting

  • General production improvements

No funds benefit the operator personally.

​

Artist / Musician / Actor Donations

Donations made directly to you (via your links) are:

  • Entirely your property

  • Not shared with the channel

  • Not subject to fees or royalties

Ending the Collaboration

You may end your involvement at any time.
Upon written request:

​

  • Your license is revoked

  • Your contribution will be removed from published episodes

  • All promotional materials containing your work will be removed

​​

Removal will be completed within 30 days.

The channel may likewise end the collaboration at any time for conduct, content, or legal reasons.

No Guarantees or Promises

This project is not a commercial production.
While we aim to promote and display your work with care, we make no guarantees regarding:

​

  • Audience size

  • Distribution reach

  • Commercial exposure

  • Future opportunities

​​

Participation is for creative contribution and community benefit only.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.

Any disputes will fall under Utah jurisdiction.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your work, recording audio, or agreeing to collaborate, you confirm that:

​

  • You are 18 years of age or older

  • You have read and accept these Terms & Conditions

  • You retain full ownership but grant the required license

  • You understand you will not receive monetary compensation

  • You agree to professional communication

  • You acknowledge your work may be removed upon termination

​​

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not participate in Dise M. Bodily’s Voice.
